Whats an F 10.
94 used EEC 3 I belive. about the best you can get. Never heard of an aftermarket for them.
I belive Mallory makes a elecronic dist for carbed motors. may work as a trigger. check it out and good luck.

there are no aftermarket TFI distributors (that I know of) for your efi engine.
You could go with an aftermarket ignition box like MSD, mallory, jacobs, etc.
You could also replace the stock TFI coil with an aftermarket unit.
My opinion? Keep your money. If your truck has high miles and your unsure when a tuneup was performed, maybe throw a new cap/rotor, coil (aftermarket maybe?) and wires at it.
