Multiple O2 OBD codes

Hi. My 2004 E350 Super duty van (5.4L) was showing check engine light after I filled it up yesterday. I read out the codes and I get 2195, 2196, 2197, 2198. They tell me that the bank 1 and 2 oxygen sensors are stuck both lean and rich. I live in Virginia and am presently in Wisconsin. My last gas before this fill was in Ohio. Could a load of bad gas do this? I'm skeptical that both O2 sensors went bad at the same moment. I have about 49,000 miles on the vehicle. It feels ands sounds normal driving it too. I cleared the light and will see if it comes back. Anybody have any thoughts on what is causing this?
Thanks.

Its probably the Ethanol in the gas. All gas in wisconson has a minimum E2 or E5? Ohio is w/ and w/o, depending on area. The computer is just learning the new burning characteristics of the fuel, the codes should clear after 100 miles or 5 warm/cool cycles.

Thanks

I cleared the codes and they have not returned. Anybody need a lightly used OBD code reader?
