Well, they're installed. Many thanks to Ken aka Monsta for the technical advice and FTEPartsGuy for a great price, wiring diagrams and speedy shipping...
I checked the website and it was stated the mirrors were for a 2008 Superduty. Where there any complications with the installation? Were they "plug and play" or was additional wiring needed? Thanks.
One nub has to be cut off the new mirrors (3 seconds w/small blade).
Plugs don't match. Kits may be available now but I don't know of any. I took the plug off my old mirrors and put it on the new mirrors. Wire colors all match.
Mirror glass moves opposite to the switch (left & right) but there is a fix in the Super Duty forum.

This is all correct. As for the "reverse" switching on the mirrors....I found that thread but am not bothering to fix it. Once they're set, they pretty much won't move much...
