Hmm, never had a trailer with headlights. So I'll go out on a limb and guess you mean the trailer running lights, or clearance lights. They are the lights that turn on on the trailer when you turn on your headlights.
On my '06, that is fuse #38. Under that dash. Called "Trailer Tow Park Lamps". Check your own manual if you have one. Most likely it's a fuse blown.
I'll bet you tow a boat?
