whats next?
Well its been a bad few months, Ive got a 99 f250 reg cab 4x4 with the 5.4. Ive had alot of problems with everything from broken manifold bolts, to alighnment, to coil pacs. Then the topper was about a week ago when my automatic gear shifter broke off in the column, so i get it fixed then the next day two of my manifold bolts on the other side broke off. hints the title whats next? Its only got 128,000 miles. Is now a good time to trade in on a newer diesel, or do i keep throwing money at it. And its not just the money its the dependabilty i cant have my truck in the shop every week. Thanks

That list doesn't sound too severe to me for a truck that 8+ YO with 128k on it. Manifold studs are a common problem, throw on a set of headers and Gr 8 bolts and that will solve that problem. When you buy used with no warrenty you never know what your going to get.
