Muffler Question
I want to replace the original muffler on my 1997 expedition 5.4
I went to auto zone and the guy there sold me a flow master 50 series delta flow. Telling me it was what I would want. When I opened up the box that muffler wasnt listed in the book for my vehicle. Should I use this muffler is there a better choice does it even matter? I saw a 50 series SUV muffler and what not.
I could sure use some advice from the knowledgeable group here thanks!

I installed the flowmaster SUV muffler on my 97. I found it a little quiet but shortly after a pinhole popped out of a weld bead, so I exchanged the defected flowmaster for a Flowmaster Hushpower II, and only paid the difference in price.
The Hushpower II sound was just what i was looking for.
