Have a 94 150 4x4 no heat out of any vents, heat at heater core, cool air only out of floor, dash and defrost. doors opening and closing. Baffled, dash tore out still can't see why hot air not get to vents. cool air only at outlets. Any ideas.

Panel door in plenum is not being opened by its vacuum motor. Check for vacuum to that motor with the selector in 'vent' position. With vacuum to motor, check for motor operation. It could be bad vacuum motor or possibly the mechanical connection to the panel door has been 'disrupted'

I have a 92 Ford Pickup with no heat. The hoses are clean and warm up, but no water flows through. Is there a way that I can bypass the thermostat and just lock it open? RP

Just a wild idea, but are your heater hoses hooked up properly?
To get the maximum heat the heater core needs to fill from the bottom to the top. Try 'reversing' your heater hoses and see if it helps.
