What gears should I use.

Hello I would like to know if someone could help me. I have a 2001 F-250 V-10. I just put a 8.5 lift on it and 41x14x16. I have stock gears on right now and i just wanted to know what gears should I put in. I Live on a military base so I dont go far but I do alot of stop and go driving. And are they hard to install. Thanks

I'm running 4.88's on mine with 41's. I have the 5.4 and thats put it right where I needed it.

I would do a 4.88 or 5.13.....or if you wanted to a 5.38 with a gasoline engine.

As for install, precise measuring to get the proper backlash and mesh pattern is needed.
