I know the bolts that came with the eBay headers were WAY too short for aluminum heads.
I bought grade-8 galvanized that were just long enough, and added a stainless washer. Of course, I didn't take any measurements (dope!).

9.8 stainless
3/4" thread in the head
1/4" space
7/8" thread for the nut (and manifold/header)
and a small hex to install/remove on the very end
$9each, 2 required
I'm gonna use a few bolts too, i beleive the may be handier in some of the locations.
