E350 Van Fuel Tanks Coating Comming Off Inside
44219. Corrosion in diesel fuel tank [Missouri]
I've been hearing lots on this subject lately. I hope ford takes care of it.
My bro has an 02 E350 van that is in the shop tank out. What a mess. Prob gonna cost him $2500.00 or more. Alum and rust. Symtoms: loss of power and idles like crap until you shut it off and restart. Evidently the crap gets on the pickup screens under load or high fuel demand then it falls off when you shut down only to do it again..
