Charging Issues

I have a 81 F-150 that stopped charging. Alternator,regulator and battery check out.Any suggestions?

I am thinking it is most likely a fusible link. Or perhaps just a broken wire. You might consider a new wire harness for the alternator to the battery.

To check just take a ohm meter and measure for continuity on both sides of the wire.

You can also check for a bad fusible link in the alt system by check for battery voltage on the back of the alternator output terminal, with the engine off.
