squeal issue

97 xlt, 4.6L with 150K.
I posted a while back about a high pitched squeal at low rpms while slowing down and since then I have replaced the tensioner and the belt. I even put conditioner on the belt which was supposed to help it from squealing. No change. Since it only does this while slowing down- I'm talking about 10-15 mph- could it be the fan clutch squealing? It only does this after the motor is hot, after driving 10 or 15 miles. It will not do it during the morning commute when it's 65 degrees outside, only when it's hot outside. Does a fan clutch squeal when it is going out and would it do it only when it's hot outside and not early mornings?

I know it's nearly impossible to diagnose a squeal without hearing or witnessing it but I was just searching for ideas or suggestions.

Thanks in advance.

How about your brakes, could they be the source of the squeal?

I'm certain it's not brake related. I also checked all of the pulleys when the belt was off and everything seemed o.k.

I was just wondering if a fan clutch going out sounded similar to a belt squeal and if it would occur like I described...slowing down or at lower rpms and only when the motor is hot on a hot day.

??
