Hello from the BLACK HILLS,SD

Just joined today 06/2?/08,
I own A 1984 ford ranger that is reeeealy basic and boring but gets me around. Im working on my 1980 BRONCO that I bought a year ago And parked (in the South Dakota winter) I have kinda been tought here and there a few things about the basics, however I dont claim to be a mechanic by any means, just looking for some advice to maybe get some fun out of that Bronco [351 Win] I think? 2inch lift blocks on the rear, the front has bigger than stock springs Im pretty sure.
