Starting issue - '91 5.8L
Sometimes the engine cranks but will not start. We have found a shot of ether in the intake will cause it to start, and the engine will run fine. It may start 50 more times, or it may not. In every case, a shot of ether will get it to start. The issue seems to becoming more prevalent. Any ideas? Thanks for your help.

Start by pulling codes.. Ford Fuel Injection
Check fuel pressure.
Measure all ignition wires, they should be about 5kohms per foot.
