A/C Compressor problem 96 ranger 2.3

A/C Compressor problem 96 ranger 2.3
The clutch doesn't engage. I do not see any signs of oil anywhere. I've read about using a jumper wire on the cycling switch. Can someone tell me how do you know which pin is #2 on switch and #1 on connector. I can't seem to find this in my manual. Any other opinions would help.

I bought some gauges from Autozone. I was out of freon, jumped the cycling switch and put in one can of freon with dye and one regular R134A.
It registers 33 Deg at my vents. I know I have a leak but I can't find one.
I used one of those pin lights you buy at Autozone.
What do you guys think is it me or the equipment? Can't find any oil build up anywhere unless maybe its under the dash.
