posts I started about carb....WATER
SO I have had a few post in the last few weeks having Carb issues....had it rebuilt, and still not running right...I know why now...WATER in tank...Lots!!
I took it back to the shop, he popped the line and let the little bit run into a glass, there was water. He let me use a bay, I dropped my tank {had about 1/2 tank}
I was using a drinking glass to get it out and put it in a gas can, and some into a 5 gal. bucket......outta the 1/2 tank, I'd say a gallon of it was water.
So....new question, I assume this is from the cheap Pakistan store I get my gas from, {$3.92 a gallon} I also fill up my Tahoe which has fuel inj.....does it not effect injectors the same way as a Carb??

Yes, a fuel injected engine will have problems just like a carb. The problem with fuel injection, is you run the risk of locking up the fuel pump from rust.
The problem with water is it sinks to the bottom of the tank and just sits there till you jostle the tank around. If you run a gas treatment in the fuel, it will pick the water up and run it though the engine(though with that much water you did the right thing pulling the tank).
