Never run, rebuilt 351W - $2,000

I had to choose between two projects, pulled the plug on one and now have no use for this super nice truck engine - which would run like a scalded dog in a street rod or Mustang too. Not built for max hp, built to last with quality parts for a truck. I'm guessing maybe 350hp. But if you want revs put in a new cam and it would howl.
  • 1969 351W block, magnafluxed, shot peened, bored .040" over, align honed, decked, new cam bearings & freeze plugs.
  • Hypereutectic flat top pistons, balanced rotating assembly, 9.5:1 compression ratio.
  • Comp XE 262 Hyd. flat tappet cam (218/224 duration at .050"), new lifters, new chromemoly pushrods, steel double roller timing set.
  • FRPP X303 aluminum heads (249I/175E cfm flow @.060).
  • Crane Gold 1.7 pedestal mount roller rockers.
  • ARP fasterners, multi layer steel head gaskets, one-piece silicon oil pan gasket included.
  • FRPP harmonic balancer.
It's set up for EFI now so no fuel pump eccentric on the cam. I'll throw in the Performer EFI knockoff lower if you want it. Pay the full, no haggle price and I'll throw in a pair of brand new Hooker headers too (fit 80-86 4x4s for sure, anything else and you're on your own).

Bottom end was done by Kim Barr Racing Engines here in Garland, TX.

It's been buttoned up with a new timing cover and water pump since the picture. I have much, much more invested than the $2,000 I'm asking but it's not doing me any good sitting in the garage and I can't take on a project where it would be worthwhile anytime soon.

I built a stout front replacement bumper for my 2003 F250 4x4 diesel truck. I built it to run through light brush in order to fill deer feeders if needed. Looks heavy but is not. I used a lot of triangulation and less than 1/4" material. Then I took it off when I sold my truck. It is not doing any good sitting in the barn unless the zombie apocalypse happens it is for sale.

You heading back down south anytime soon? I really just want the chrome part, but would take the whole thing. Let me know if you head down this way and we can work something out. I could meet you in Austin.

Trade my 12" drop for OEM rear bumper or...

Now for sale only! I found a rear bumper and receiver hitch, only need to sell this one!

I'm in Denton, but travel occasionally to Houston, San Antonio and Oklahoma City.

I think the shiny chrome 12" drop bumper would look good on a longer or lower F350 or similar. It also has another 4" of drop below it too. Ball not included.

Wanted: E4OD to fit 429/460 block

Hello all;
Been lurking on the boards for several years but first time posing in this chapter forum.
Like the title says, I am looking for an E4OD that will bolt to a 429/460 blockfor a 68 T-Bird project. Would also consider a C6 and/or gear vendors OD.
Target donors for the E4OD are 89-97 E/F series 250/350/450 2 whel drive with 460 gas engine and some motorhomes on the same chassis.
Rebuilders are OK as it will be rebuilt anyway.
If you have a wrecked truck that fits the bill, we can talk about that also.
I am located in the Rio Grande Valley.

Send PM with info thru the site if you have something and I will contact you directly.
