You see them critters all the time in Sequim. Some of the bulls have been tagged, and when they get withen a mile of 101, warning lights start flashing along the highway.
Most of these people think of them as pets, so if you hunt them, you can expect some protests. Last year the police had to keep the crowd in control while the guy field dressed the one he bagged.
