my new Garage

well as of today I have a $13,000.00 slab of concrete in my back yard!
complete with oxy pex tubing for infloor heat, under slab electrical conduit, sewer and water for bathroom with sink shower and toilet.
building scheduled to be delivered Monday at 1:00
I will update my phote album and post a link of the progress as soon as I have time.

Eveything is more expensive...it just keeps going up and up!

Just wait until it's up and finished, you won't believe the amount of friend and relatives you have that need to have stuff stored

yeah I am already dealing with my wife on that, she keeps forgetting it is my place of business and thinks it is her mini storage.

yes it is 1500 sq ft. also will have 16 ft walls and 3/12 pitch so 20 ' tall in the center

2.59 acres, I have an offer in on the 2.58 acres in front of me but they haven't accepted it yet. If I get it I will make it a rental until it is paid than clear it off and have over 5 acres.

Sweet deal. Nice Garage start. Are you going to install some supplemental heat to compensate for the doors in winter.

A good unit heater for the quick heat works well to compensate untill the floor slab can rewarm the air.

i will have a wood burnig stove and some day have a waste oil burner.
