ring and pinion question

I have a 1986 f250 with the 6.9 diesel. I need new ring and pinion gear. The ring has 38 splines and pinion has 11 splines. Using the ratio calculator at randy's ring and pinion website this comes out to 3.45 ratio. I am unable to find this ratio. Does anyone know of a place that sells this ratio or do I have an oddball ? Thanks

3.54/3.55's came stock in these trucks.

It depends on who you talk to.
