I'm not looking for anything fancy, so I was wondering if a factory cd player out of another car or truck would fit. If so then what years?

CD player
Some fords shipped with Tape/Radios that had built in CD support. There were keys on the audio panel that would allow you to manipulate the CD changer if it were equipped. If you have such radio, good chance you can get one that will work with your radio.. Other choice.. get one that connects to FM Mod.
