No CEL?
Hey Yall, I recently was tol dby the shop that my CEL light does not work. Pretty obvious but then again I never thought to make sure it lights up when I turn the key on. Sure enough no CEL. It's a 97 F-250 LD 4x4 5.4 ltr. Is there a fuse for this thing? I have not looked into the problem at all and would highly doubt a fuse for that light alone. All the other lights work. Can it actually burn out? If so do i need a whole new bezel to fix it? Let me know!!

Probably just a burned out bulb. You will have to pull the instrument cluster out to replace the bulb. While you are there, since this one has failed, all the other dash bulbs are just as old and will be failing soon. Just replace them all and be ahead of the game. Good luck!
