ON top or around the throttle body area,should have 2 10 mm bolts to hold it in place....hope this helps,this is a cheaper part at a NAPA store rather than at FORD....
IF it is alike the modulars, and I think it is, it is behind the TB on the back of the elbow. A major PITA to get to but at least there are only 2 bolts.
