Climate Control Problem...

I have a problem with my climate control system. It only blows the A/C through the defroster vents. It will not blow through the panel or floor vents. Right before this started, after turning on the truck, I heard a fluttering noise from behind the dash when all the air got redirected to the defroster ducts. A friend of mine said it is possibly a vacuum line not engaging the doors that redirect the air. Any quick suggestions/remedies to solve this problem? Anything I should look for under the dash? I really need to use my truck this weekend and would rather not lay it up at the dealership if I can fix it myself.

NOTE: This is occuring on the SD listed in my signature.

Most likely you have a vaccume leak somewhere

Either a vacuum leak as suggested or your vacuum pump is not running are the most likely reasons.

Manual or auto climate control?

Sounds like a vac leak. A good place to look is the lines to your hubs. You could have snagged them with something and slit one and now you have a leak.
