89 - 93 compatibility

i have a 89 5 spd , 300 , that is great mechanicaly , but real butt ugly , guy has a 93 , dead engine 300 , five speed , and real purty that he'l sell cheap.
are the engines compatible and or will i have to transfer eng , trans , computer. Thanks for any info !

just swap engines you will be fine.. find out wich gearboxs are better and use the best one

heck of a way to get a spare transmission!! i bet those are both the m5od, so if it were me, i'd get the spare reworked when ya can, and you're set when your current one dies!
