That's what the price was to the customer!!!!!
NOT the material list!

BTW,,, There are plans for sheds at Home Depot, Lowes, But I got plans on a CD.
Storage Shed Plans/Woodworking Plans/Patterns/Projects/storage sheds/Playhouse/Swing Sets/Build Adirondack Chairs

Beware of the floor joists spacing, I built mine on 12" centers, Their plans say 24" centers, That to me is FLIMSY!

1st of all,,,,,
That's 1763 miles from here to you!
So,,,,,
1763 miles
X $2.00 per mile
= $3526.00

$3526.00 Mileage +
$2000.00 Shed =
$5526.00 Total!

Any Questions???????

Way cheaper to buy a pre-fab from Lowes for $1000.00

> northern hydraulics has kits with all the metal corners material list.

I just did a shed using that kit from Northern and it stunk. The brackets are weak so when you lift a wall, even using two people with the studs inserted like that say to, the brackets bend.

Plus, the brackets do not have a stop tab for the wood stud, so you end up uneven on length enough to require some kludging.

I would never use those kits again. Too much grief and sloppiness.

Anyways, I used the basic kit to build this. Total cost including labor, parts, and tools ($400) was $3900. I have lived in houses not constructed this well. Everything was pressure treated and I used deck screws and no nails. Roof I used nice shingles and the rubber water guard membrane. . Floor/platform is 16" on center with cross ties and 5/4 decking. Walls are 1"x6" pressure treated and 1x4 boards for the batten.
