Sound deadening
As part of my plan to upgrade my audio system, I am planning to lay down sound deadening material in the interior of my 2004 FX4. It will go on the doors, floors, fire-wall (if humanly possible), and probably on the roof.
I need instructions as to how to remove the center console, remove the rear seat, front seats, how to remove entire dash (advisable?), head liner, door panels, etc.
Can you guys point me to a good source of instruction? Will a Chilton or Hayes manual work? If anyone got an electronic factory service manual, will you please share with me those instructions? I will greatly greatly appreicate any help.
