Leveling kit?

ok so i am woundering since i already have a 6in suspension lift and a 3in body lift on my truck would it be possible to add a 2 or 3in leveling kit and put 6'' blocks in the rear to add a few more inches so i can fit bigger tires like 42's or possibly 44's?

When you got your lift did you have to use add-a-leafs to raise the rear of the truck? If so you will need new springs, but if you didnt originally use add-a-leafs then now you can.
For the front you might be able to get a little more lift out of the torsion bars... but i dont think that much lift.

you have a good ride height now...imo

I think some larger rims with the same size tire would do more to improve the looks...

Please, DO NOT go larger than a 4" block in the rear. Blocks are dangerous and will break stuff.

Cut your fenders a couple inches if you want the clearance. Its free, and will keep your COG lower...

Imma prolly catch hell for this, but why do want such big tires? The ifs on your truck isn't going to hold up very long to 42s much less 44s. You just sas it and get it over with. And x10000 about not using blocks, especially 6' blocks, a 6" block will create crazy axle wrap issues.
