New Owner !!!!!!!!!!!

Hey folks. Just got myself a brand spankin new 2008 F-150. 4x4 4.6L auto.
Had 2.1 miles on her. Got 220 miles 6 hours later. Already lifted the back tire a few times taking it over the rocks. Got it a little muddy and even a few tree rubs. I LOVE this truck. 4wd system is awesome and its got plenty of power too. Gonna order some new tires though. The stock tires are crap. Does a lot better off road than my uncles Z71. Just wanted to share my elation and enthusiasm. Hope to chat with u folks a bit while I upgrade my truck.

Good deal. Lots of responsibility at a young age. I am 22 and this is my 1st brand new vehicle. I have always had beaters in the past.

Congrats!

You could not have made a better choice than to go with an F-150!

I'm thinking of getting the same truck as you. The one I am looking at is 4.6 4X4 Sport package. The sticker is $30,000, but the salesman says that Ford is running employee pricing now. I believe it is an FX2. Crew cab. Going back tommorow to talk about payments.

I thought the FX2 model was 4x2 only... Could it be a STX 4x4?
