SD Ext. Cab Panel Removal

How the heck do you take off the extended cab door panels? I've been looking at it, and really cant figure out quite how to do it with out breaking stuff...and thats one thing I'm good at!!

Also...I installed the speakers in the front doors with no problems...but I think there might be one. I matched the factory and the aftermarket speaker wires together by the stripe on the positive wires...but now I think about it, I might have hooked one speaker up backwards (neg to pos, and pos to neg.) I was doing in install at dusk, with a pen light, and I might have gotten the wires mixed. I didn't use an aftermarket speaker harness like I should have, I just cut, stripped, and posi-locked the wires together. The only reason I'm thinking I might have done it backwards is because the sound out of that one speaker is a little bit rough, like there's a tad bit of very high freq background static. It plays just fine besides that...is there any shadetree way to tell apart pos and neg wires? I got some info from installdr.com about the Ford speaker wire colors, but nothing specifically for the SD. I'm going to pull the panel tomorrow to see if the colors match up with the info I've got, but I'd also like some other help on id'ing the wires!
