Does a '95 Bronco have a cabin air filter? I've never replaced mine in 13 years and it is probably in need of it if there is one. If so where is it? I know, I need to get a service manual for this vehicle.
There is no cabin air filter. That is a newer device on vehicles, that came around on a wide level after the Bronco went by the wayside.
Thanks for the reply, Rich, I knew some vehicles from around that time frame had them, of course that vehicle design really didn't change much after '92.
Hi, I've developed asthma and am wondering if anyone knows a reliable way to modify a 1995 Ford Bronco full-size manual transmission 5.0 engine Bronco to add an air filter.
I’m not sure the ducting inside would have any place to slip a filter in place. My 2003 F-150 was made as such, although Ford really never stocked the kits to install said filters, but I made it happen. Ford changed course for the next generation truck and my 2008 wasn’t equipped for them. Indoor air quality just wasn’t a thing for most automakers until relatively recently.
That being said, most allergens in a vehicle cabin come off the occupants themselves. Dust? That’s your decomposing skin cells for the most part. I’m not sure of an easy way to fix that, so a really good fitting HEPA face mask may have to do the trick.
