1990 f150 problems

hey, i have a 1990 f150 that had a problem develop. i was comin home from a day of lite 4x4ing one day and it seemed my engine or somethin was shaking. i dont have a boot on my shifter and could see everythin underneeth shaking including the shifter. it finaly went away on the drive home after stompin on the gas a few times. now the shakin is back. it shakes while i am at low rpms like if i put it in 4th goin about 50-60kms it shakes. it also seems to be blowin some oil out the back now. what do u think it causing this? this is my first thread so if u need some more info just ask. o ya and its a 302 5 speed 1990. thanks

Check your transmssion mounts and your motor mounts, if they are broke, torn, it will cause this, if you were out 4-wheelin, you may have broke one of these mounts

You could also check the plug wires for arcing or measure them with a multimeter, should be about 5k ohms per foot, and also check the plugs for fouling.
