Make boxes to fit those removable door panels (replace the panels with plywood or something), and install 6x9's or 6.5" two-ways. Make the boxes waterproof. If you want to keep the dash stock, mount a head unit underneath the dash, or under the seat.
Use a CD changer with remote control, going directly into an amp through a volume control potentiometer. Put the volume control someplace stealth; maybe on the dash with a stock-looking ****.
There's almost enough room under a stock bench seat to fit a sub box; try a JL Audio 10W1 in about one cubic foot.
Build a bandpass box with dual Cerwin-Vega 15" strokers, put it in the bed, with the ports running into the cab.
Keep the stock radio and speaker. Get a low-power AM transmitter and feed a CD changer into it. Fill the changer with 50s and 60s greatest hits compilations.
Put an amp under the seat and plug a Discman into it.
