Hey y'all
First time on the forum here. I'm working on wrestling a '56 F250 from my father and putting the cab on a F100 shortbed frame. He's got a lot of parts for it, and basically all I need is the frame, bed, and a 9" rear and I should be set. Oh, and lots of time.
Actually, I'm not wrestling it, he's giving in fairly voluntarily. However, I do need to get it to WY from SOcal.
Thanks in advance for all the tips I hope to be getting here.
PS if anyone has the aformentioned frame, rear end, etc or a lead on one close to me, please don't be shy!
Sit back, take it easy, do some reading. You'll find tons of great info and tons of great people around here. If you have any pics of the truck you should post them, we love pics!
Welcome to FTE, Dave!! You just found the best site on the net for Ford Trucks. Lots of good people here willing to help. Glad to have you. Did anyone remind you of Pictures? We like pics as some of us can't read too well.
Hey Dave, WELCOME here!!!!!!!!!!! Youve stumbled on to the greatest site for old Ford trucks in the world!! Do you have Sirius Radio? I'm just curious, there's a cat on the Hair Nation station called Dangerous Darren. Cousin????? Just thought I'd ask???
Welcome here and ask any questions you want, every now and then we even get one right
My son's name is Danny. Ever since he was just a little squirt I've called him Dangerous Danoo McGrew (don't ask me why....it just rolls of the tongue nicely)

Bobby
Welcome to FTE! Geez, Bobby, that's worse than mine. My boys name is Mark, I call him "Marky barky man!" Ok, maybe it's not worse?
Welcome DD, youll find this site very informative and you'll get a lot of good answers and sometimes they might be the answers to the questions you ask or not.
Dave, No promises, but I might have a frame for you. I have a '55 F100 that is a donor for my '54, and I won't be needing the frame. I don't how far you are willing to travel for it. It's in south central North Dakota. It probably won't be available until later this summer, after I have the chance to remove the parts that I need.
