Pics of I6 Turbo manifold please
Like the tittle says, please post pics of i6 turbo manifolds. I just picked up a project 87 f150 with a 300 i6. One of the goals is to turbo the beast. I plan on making the manifold myself. I just need an idea what will work. Please include tubing size used to make the manifolds! For the turbo setup I will be using a T4, 19# injectors, fmu, intercooler and i'm not sure if I will need an upgraded fuel pump or not.

This isn't McDonalds, and you won't likely get many postings. There are, however, lots of pics here:

Go to the last page, the OPs truck was/still is visible as of now on ebay w/engine pics. Note the thread started 4 years ago and he is selling.... There are pics from other posters here and on other threads.
Good luck.

As such, turbo specific manafolds don't exist for the 300/4.9. You'll find, with some searching, that the EFI split manafolds lend themselves to what your looking to do. With some internal cleanup they flow moderately well. You're best option is to fabricate a pair of j-pipes that are blended at the adapter plate. T4's are considered a little large for this application. T3's would be a better choice.
Your going to need more than just an FMU to make this work without melting the block, the stock computer doesn't like it when you try to override it's control. Others around here disagree with me on this point.
There are very few EFI 300's that have been adapted to forced induction, but they are out there. Search them out and see what did and did not work for them.

Thanks for the replies. I am still looking through the forums. I think I have found all the threads with turbo i6s. Not too many of them. As far as the manifold goes, I might just wing it and create something myself. For the T4 being too big, i'll have to look more into it. An over sized turbo would do me no good.
