Black marks
My f350 is white and I get streaking lines of black from the windows, I believe it to be the rubber around the windows it washes off ok but looks bad if its parked for a few days ,what can i do i tryed waxing the rubber with no luck so comments please

I don't think it is from the rubber seals. It's just pollution from the air we breath and it collects on the dew at night and runs down. You can keep her in the garage or under a cover, but nothing else will keep it off. Keeping the paint waxed will make it come right off.
Travel trailers get that stuff bad, and if you don't keep them waxed it's almost impossible to clean off. Don't ask me how I know this.
