I agree, at $55-60 I'd go with that as well. In fact, At $70 I think I see a purchase and install in the near future for that 14,400 btu unit.

Should the fluid pass through the auxiliary cooler before or after it goes through the stock one?
Also, the 13,000 btu model is about as expensive as the 9,800 btu one, should I go for that one instead?

The fluid should go through the stock one first. If the higher BTU unit will fit, I would go for it.

Alright I'll go with the larger one. It's actually cheaper than the smaller one, on Amazon.
It won't cause any problems if I put it in front of the radiator will it?

I run a temp gauge on my automatics. Ideal trans fluid temp is 170* no more than 190. Standard trans fluid is unique in that as the temperature increases the efficiency of the fluid drops drastically. jd
