My expedition has a strange vibration, when going around turns, at low speeds. It's a dull sound, not a clicky like one might expect from a CV joint. I was thinking it might be the u-joint in the drive shaft. It only happens after the vehicle has warmed up. It seems to be coming from the center of the truck, though it's difficult to determine. I'm not sure why it only happens around bends, either. If anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
Change it out with Royal Purple. It has the modifier in it already and gives superior lubrication.
Mine was doing the same thing. I changed the fluid to Royal Purple and it went away, although it took a couple days of driving after the change. None the less it is all better.
