egr valve?
Check engine light has been on in our 97 intrepid for a week or so.
So I finally took it into advanced to have them pull the codes this weekend while I picked up some other parts.
It came up with "egr insufficient flow" and "egr electrical malfunction"
I figured since it had the electrical malfunction it probably wasn't just a leak and I need to replace the egr valve.
The valve is $110 bucks, so I figured i'd ask what you guys think before I spend the money on it.

Since the auto parts stores are wrong 99.9% of the time with that code on Fords, I wouldn't give any better odds on a Dodge.....
Get the actual Pxxxx fault codes and poke around the Dodge sites. You'll likely find common reasons for the codes there just like the Fords seem to have.
