Brake problems
96' F350 5.8L
Was coming home yesterday, and one of the times I hit the pedal it dropped almost to the floor.
I pumped it and it came up.
It did this over and over, it will drop on the first press, and then pump up.
Fluid level is great, no leaks anywhere, vaccum to booster is excellant.
Could the booster itself me shot? Looks original, 150k on the ticker.

It's most likely your master cylinder. It has 2 boots, one for the front brakes and one for the rear brakes, fluid is going past the first boot allowing the pedal to drop with no external leaks. I've experienced this a few times.

The first thing I would do is to pull both rear drums to see that everything is OK. If rear shoes, parking brake linkage, etc. is all OK I would suspect the master cylinder. It is very unlikely to be the booster. When these fail the pedal usually goes hard.

Update,
Checked the rears, all good there.
Although one wheel cylinder has the bleeder broke off. No it wasn't me.
Picked up a master, did the full bench and then truck bleed, works great.
Replaced a hard line also from the master to the front split union.
