The Hazard warning Flashers get power from the Brake light circut, So, Does your Brake lights work by stepping on the brake pedal?

If not check the fuse. F-7 / 20 Amp Emergency warning flasher and stop lamps.

If the fuse is ok, (replace it to be absolutely sure) but you haven't got stop lamps either, check for continuity using a voltmeter set to ohms, between the fuse panel F-7 connectors and the hazard warning flasher in the fuse panel. Red/white hash wire. No Continuity suggests problem inside fuse panel.

If the fuse is ok and you have stop lamps, make sure you put in the right flasher. The front flasher is for turn signals, but there is another flasher for the hazard lights on the back of the fuse panel right behind it. may not be obvious.

Then using a voltmeter, check the White/Red Hash wire for continuity between the fuse panel and the turn signal switch using a voltmeter set to ohms. No continuity suggests problem with wire between hazard flasher and turn signal switch.

With everything else replaced and the turn signal lamps working, this is the only problems it could be. Unless the new parts are defective, and the above tests will tell that. Good Luck, and hope this helps.

Yes brake lights work , and yes put in correct flasher the one on the back of fuse block and swapped both around to make sure they worked .

i will have to check the white/red wire

Yes, test the white/red wire for continuity right from where the hazard flasher plugs in to the fuse panel, and where it enters the turn signal switch.

If the wire tests good to the switch, it's got to be the new turn signal switch being defective.

If no continuity, chack the connectors at the fuse panel, and the steering column connector for problems, etc...

good luck.
