56 f 350

I have a chance to buy a 56 f 350 and i was wondering if its the same cab and fenders as the f100 from the pics the guy sent me its solid and i need to know since its about 10 hrs away and help is appreciated

The cab, doors and hood are the same but the fenders have larger openings.
