The 2nd one on my '03 6.0 is located just underneath the driver. It is bolted to the frame.

On the 7.3L PSD engine ther eis only one filter directly on top of the engine, right behind the black plastic shroud that says "Powerstroke". The 6.0L PSD engine has two, although I do not know where they are located.
