Just had headers and dual lines run.Put about 50 miles on since/no problems untill last night.Stopped at the store and cranked it up put in drive/pulled off okay then it seemed the carb was flooding out and cut off.started back up and tried to take off but died again./3 times this happened.finally everything okay.stopped at a stop sigen and take off the trans wont came out of 2nd gear and go in 3rd.Checked fluid and OK.Tried to move the shifter colum thru the gears from D down to 2 and down to 1.Stays in Drive(3) and wont shift down to any gear.Thanks for the help.I did'nt check the gears right after I got the truck back from putting on the exhaust.I know they were working before.Any solutions and I'm greatful for the input guy's.

Check your linkage for interference.
Check your linkage for any "adjustment" made during the install, like bending it out of the way and goofing it all up...
Check for loose motor mount, trans mount, if they pulled one maybe they didn't tighten it?
