Surging Fuel
Hay folks,
1988, F250, 4X4 with a 7.3l IDI<o

I have my fuel pump finally up and running but now I’m getting fuel pressure surging up and down. When I turn on the ignition and the pump starts I can hear it draw the fuel so I open the Schrader valve to bleed the lines. As I bleed the line the pump will grab the fuel for about a min and then it looses it to a trickle, after a min or so it picks it up again to full pressure. Can a leak in the return lines to the tanks cause this?<o></o>
