Alpine Input??

I'm looking at a 2002 Alpine CDA-7894 cd/mp3 head unit.
I can pick it up for $250 brand new in the box.
Wondering if you guys have any feed back on the HU?

I Will be replacing the stock speakers with some 4 Infinity Kappa 6.5 speakers, no amp or subs.
I like crisp sounds not in to base all that much.

Thanks

Alpine Input??

I have the same one in my ride. I love it but there are a few things that bug me. This thing has so many features that you can't remember them all. I am always referring to the owners manual. Another feature that really bugs me is not having the option of the deck dimming when you dim the interior lights. Other than that it is a good deck.

I also have that deck in my truck. Excellent deck especially for that kind of money, those usually retail for about $400. About the deck not dimming when you dim your interior lights, you can hook the illumination lead up to the dimmer switch rheostat and it will dim the deck lights with the interior lights.
