Brake shoe thickness

Anyone know what the shoe thickness should be for a '50 F-1??

I just yanked the drum and everything looks solid, no leaks, but I don't know about the shoes.

.220 on the front of my '49. These are new Shoes.

I know Valley Center Ca, I used to live in Escondido, worked as a golf pro at the country club there.

What motor is in your F-1?

V.C. has its own Golf Course now.

Forgot to answer your question.

My '49 is probably made up of 10 trucks. It's a rescue project. The frame is set up for a SBC and I was blessed to aquire 2 nice 350's complete. One of them is a Summit 300 HP with almost no miles on it.

That being said, I'm a Ford guy. I'm also a Ford guy with poor income. So it's a battle.
