shackle bushings

how did ya get them out i was beating on them but i dont wanna wreck something doing this so sugestings would be great

1 socket with the inside diameter that is greater than the shackle bushing.
1 socket that has the same diameter as the bushing.
1 bolt that will fit thru said sockets with needed washers and nuts.
NOTE: sometimes the bushing is really tight. Use Hacksaw, loosen blade place blade thru bushing - install blade with teeth towards inside of hacksaw - tighten - saw.

I stayed out of this because I thought you were referring to the Bushings in the Frame. Folks make a "stepped" punch to drive them out.

On the Springs, all I did was pound/wedge a small "junk" screwdriver as shown to spread the eye. The Bushings pop right out and in with just a small amount of hammer encouragement.
