2 ch. vs. 4 ch. amp?

2 ch. vs. 4 ch. amp?
I am getting a HU from a buddy. It is a high end Clarion, but needs an amp for deck power. Would a 2 channel amp suffice, rather than a 4 channel amp? I am not adding subs, etc, just looking for good clean sound. Speakers are 6 1/2's in the front, 6x9's in the back (Bronco). thanks for the help

I would go with a good 4 channel amp for this setup. This is just my personal preference. You could use a two channel amp, but you will have to give up your ability to either fade, or to balance. Also, most 4 channel amps will give you a couple of crossovers on the amp so that you can fine tune your sound
