5.4L Engine miss
Hello everyone,
I wanted to ask around and find out if anyone else is or has had a similer issue that I'm having. I have a 2006 F250SD XLT with the 5.4L and tow command system. About three months ago when climbing long hills or mountains at highway speeds the engine would start missing. Replacing the fule filter did not solve the problem. Now it's too the point where it will drop at least 3 if not 4 cyclinder when climbing hills at highway speeds, the engine has very little power, and there's no possible way I could pull a trailor up a hill. The odd part is in town and putting around it runs fine. I've had it too the Ford dealer twice with no fix yet (it's still under warrenty). They've replaced the spark plugs, drained the fuel tank, and changed the fule filter again. No imporvment yet. I think it has to be a fuel deliverly issue. Any ideas???
